Bharat Diagnostics began its journey in the year 2004 when Dr. Rajesh Choudhary and Dr. Shruti Sangwan both highly qualified radiologists moved from Gurgaon to Bhiwadi. The first centre was setup in Housing Board market in a small shop with just one black and white ultrasound machine. Those days there were very few doctors in Bhiwadi and only 1-2 hospitals. The experience gained at PGI Chandigarh and then at Gurgaon helped Dr. Rajesh and Dr Shruti make a name for themselves in Bhiwadi and nearby areas. Very soon a large number of patients from the entire Mewat area also started coming to Bhiwadi for the excellent diagnostic work. In 2009 Bharat Ultrasound moved to a building which was vacated by Shakuntla Nursing Home in the same locality and expanded its services to add CT Scan, X-Ray and Pathology Lab.

In the year 2018 Bharat Diagnostics moved to its plush new building spread over 15000 sq ft area across 4 floors. The New Building has ultramodern facilities in terms of comfortable patient waiting area, separate washrooms, western toilets. The building is fully airconditioned and houses most of the diagnostic facilities on the ground floor itself
